Today I had a lot of facts on my iMovie. and on thursday, I need to add the pictures. but i did good. and i was really concentrated. i give myself a 6 from a 1-6 ,

REFLECTION.

My Survey:


Today, I rate myself an 8 on my iMovie survey, which I made in SurveyMonkey. I asked 5 questions about how they liked the movie, if they learned, and if they had an idea of how it would have been better. This will help me on how I could have gotten a better grade. I also got an 80 on my IB Learner Profile quiz. I need to study them and learn them.

Today I started on my imovie project. I added the definition of cyberbullying and 1 fact. I used the Ib profile of; Thinker. I thought of new ideas. I rate myself a 4 in attitudes in technology because I just started again.

Report Card. :)

In my report card, I got a 85 in Technology; I will improve this grade by being and Inquirer and asking for help whenever I don't understand something or I don't know what exactly to do. And if I need to, I will have to do extra work. In my Spanish class, I got a 75. I need to pay more attention in class and be a Thinker. In my Mathematics class, it doesn't show my grade.. so I have to Communicate with her and ask her about it. For Social Studies, I have a 93. It isn't a bad grade, but I would like to pick it up a little bit more and be Knowledgeable and learn about other things. In Art class, I have a 95, I will pick this grade up by being Open-minded and have new ideas. My grade in P.E it's not shown and I'm going to have to ask him about it. In my homeroom class; ELA, I have an 84. I need to pick this grade up by again being an Inquirer and ask her for help. For Science class, I need to talk to him and ask him about my grade.

Reflections!

Today on a scale of 1-6, in Attitudes in Technology I rate myself a 5 because I haven't successfully reached my goal to be a 6. Right now with my project I am currently on the Design/Create because Im bearly starting on it. I want to finish it and rate myself a 6, because of my work. I just wanna be successful :D

ec. 33.07.  ONLINE HARASSMENT.  (a)  A person commits an offense if the person uses the name or persona of another person to create a web page on or to post one or more messages on a commercial social networking site:
(1)  without obtaining the other person's consent; and
(2)  with the intent to harm, defraud, intimidate, or threaten any person.
(b)  A person commits an offense if the person sends an electronic mail, instant message, text message, or similar communication that references a name, domain address, phone number, or other item of identifying information belonging to any person:
(1)  without obtaining the other person's consent;
(2)  with the intent to cause a recipient of the communication to reasonably believe that the other person authorized or transmitted the communication; and
(3)  with the intent to harm or defraud any person.
(c)  An offense under Subsection (a) is a felony of the third degree.  An offense under Subsection (b) is a Class A misdemeanor, except that the offense is a felony of the third degree if the actor commits the offense with the intent to solicit a response by emergency personnel.
(d)  If conduct that constitutes an offense under this section also constitutes an offense under any other law, the actor may be prosecuted under this section, the other law, or both.
(e)  It is a defense to prosecution under this section that the actor is any of the following entities or that the actor's conduct consisted solely of action taken as an employee of any of the following entities:
(1)  a commercial social networking site;
(2)  an Internet service provider;
(3)  an interactive computer service, as defined by 47 U.S.C. Section 230;
(4)  a telecommunications provider, as defined by Section 51.002, Utilities Code; or
(5)  a video service provider or cable service provider, as defined by Section 66.002, Utilities Code.
(f)  In this section:
(1)  "Commercial social networking site" means any business, organization, or other similar entity operating a website that permits persons to become registered users for the purpose of establishing personal relationships with other users through direct or real-time communication with other users or the creation of web pages or profiles available to the public or to other users.  The term does not include an electronic mail program or a message board program.
(2)  "Identifying information" has the meaning assigned by Section 32.51.
